Mario Mario is the 80's brainchild of Nintendo developer Shigeru Miyamoto. He was originally called Jumpman, and Miyamoto came up with him after wanting to make a video game character, but not being able to acquire the rights to Popeye. Pac-Man
Pac-Man was created by Japanese game designer Toru Iwatani in 1980. Pac- Man was first seen in the arcade game by the same name, in which the player must navigate Pac-Man through a maze, whilst collecting pac-dots and avoiding ghosts. The game ends when Pac-Man gets hit by ghosts three times, and loses all his lives |
